4. Products & Pricing
4.1 Product Description
- We sell food products (toffees and confectionery) manufactured under the Gopi Malai brand, including Gopi Malai Gold, Emlee Bullet, and Khatti Mitthi Emlee.
- All products are FSSAI certified. Ingredients and nutritional information are available on product packaging and, where applicable, on our Website.
- Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance from images displayed.
- We make every effort to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, reliable, or error-free.
4.2 Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.
- Shipping / delivery charges, if any, are displayed separately at checkout before payment confirmation.
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- Promotional prices, discount codes, and offers are valid only for the specified time period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

- If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.
5. Orders & Payment
5.1 Order Placement
- By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products at the stated price. An order confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your offer and forms a binding contract.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete payment.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information (name, address, contact) when placing an order.
5.2 Payment Methods
- We accept payments via UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through our secure payment gateway (PhonePe and/or other RBI-authorised payment gateways).
- All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
- We do not store full payment card details. All payment transactions are secured via PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
5.3 Payment Failures
- If a payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. Please retry payment or use an alternative payment method.
- If your bank debits an amount but our system does not receive confirmation, the amount will typically be auto-reversed to your account within 5–7 business days. Contact us if this does not occur.
5.4 Invoicing
- A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every completed purchase and sent to your registered email address.
6. Delivery & Shipping
- Delivery Area: We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available on qualifying order values as displayed on the Website.
- Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery or delay due to incorrect address information.
- Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery or return the shipment. Re-delivery charges may apply.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to your specified address.
- Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
7. Order Cancellation

- After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery as per our Refund Policy.
- Cancellation by Us: We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failures, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refund on Cancellation: Approved cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
8. Returns & Refunds (Summary)

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Food products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after return verification.
- Products must be returned in their original, unopened, sealed packaging.
- Change of mind is not an accepted reason for return of food products.
9. Your Account
- You may need to create an account to access certain features (order history, saved addresses, wishlist).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

- Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice.
- If amicable resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India.
- For consumer complaints, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
