This Shipping Policy describes how G M Nutri Foods (Gopi Malai) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on gopimalai.com. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described below. We are committed to delivering your favourite Gopi Malai toffees safely and on time.

1. Delivery Area

  • Domestic (India): We deliver to all states and union territories across India, including remote pin codes serviced by major courier partners.
  • International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Delivery availability is subject to pin code serviceability at the time of ordering. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing time: Orders are reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with a tracking number and courier partner details.
  • In rare cases of stock shortage, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer a full refund or estimated restock date.

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and the courier partner's name via email and/or WhatsApp.
  • You can use the tracking number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.
  • If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at bangiwaratul@gmail.com.

6. Delivery Address & Failed Delivery

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address including flat/house number, street name, area, city, state, and pin code.
  • G M Nutri Foods is not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address information provided by the customer.
  • If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the courier may attempt re-delivery up to 2 times. After that, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-delivery charges may apply if the initial delivery failure is due to customer-side issues.
  • If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us within 6 hours of order placement. Address changes are not possible once the order is dispatched.

7. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives with damaged outer packaging, please photograph the damage before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For transit damage, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping charges) upon verification of photographic evidence.

  • For lost shipments (tracking shows delivery but not received), report to us within 72 hours of the stated delivery date.
  • We will raise a dispute with the courier partner and resolve the issue within 7–10 business days.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery to your specified address.
