Conditions Eligible for Return

We accept returns only under these circumstances:

Defective / Spoiled Product

Product is spoiled, mouldy, contains foreign matter, or is unfit for consumption on receipt.

Damaged in Transit

Outer packaging is visibly crushed, torn, or leaking, making the product unusable.

Wrong Product Delivered

You received a different product or variant from what you ordered.

Missing Items

One or more items you paid for are absent from the delivered package.

Expired Product

The product delivered had an expiry date that had already passed at the time of delivery.

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic or video evidence.

You no longer want the product after delivery.

Opened / Partially Used

Product packaging has been opened or product partially/fully consumed.

Tampered Packaging

Customer has broken the seal or tampered with packaging.

Improper Storage After Delivery

Deterioration due to incorrect storage (heat, moisture) after receipt.

Request After 7 Days

Return request submitted more than 7 days after delivery date.

No Evidence Provided

Claim submitted without supporting photos or videos of the issue.

How to Initiate a Return

Your full name, Order ID, delivery date, reason for return, and clear photos/video of the issue.

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipment

If a physical return is needed, we will arrange pickup. Do NOT send back without our confirmation.

Verification & Refund

Once received and verified, refund or replacement is processed within 5–7 business days.
