At G M Nutri Foods (Gopi Malai), we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We understand that issues can occasionally arise with food product orders, and we want to ensure a fair, transparent, and hassle-free resolution process.
This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made on gopimalai.com and is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Eligible Return Conditions
We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:
Defective / Spoiled Product
The product is spoiled, mouldy, has foreign matter, or is otherwise unfit for consumption upon receipt.
Damaged in Transit
The product packaging is visibly damaged/crushed/leaking upon delivery, rendering the product unusable.
Wrong Product Delivered
You received a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong variant, wrong product).
Missing Items
Your order is incomplete — an item you paid for is missing from the delivered package.
Expired Product
The product delivered has an expiry date that has already passed at the time of delivery.
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered. Claims must be supported by photographic evidence.
3. Non-Eligible Return Conditions
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
Change of Mind
You simply decided you no longer want the product after delivery.
Opened / Partially Consumed
The product packaging has been opened or the product has been partially or fully consumed.
Tampered Packaging
The seal or outer packaging has been broken or tampered with by the customer.
Improper Storage
Product quality deterioration due to improper storage after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat/moisture).
Reported After 7 Days
The return request is submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date.
No Evidence Provided
Claims for damaged/defective products submitted without supporting photographic or video evidence.
Normal Colour/Texture Variation
Natural, minor variation in colour or texture that does not affect product safety or taste.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

Provide Required Information
Include your full name, order ID, delivery date, reason for return (defective/damaged/wrong/missing), and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Await Acknowledgement
Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and advise on next steps.
Return Shipment (if required)
If a physical return is required, we will provide return shipping instructions. Do not return items without our confirmation.
Verification & Resolution
Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

6. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:

- We do not issue refunds in cash.
- Refunds are issued only in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Shipping charges paid at the time of order are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment service provider after we have initiated the refund.
7. Order Cancellation & Refund
7.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel, email bangiwaratul@gmail.com or call +91 98230 16327 with your Order ID.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery for eligible items.
- Refund for approved cancellations: within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
7.2 Cancellation by G M Nutri Foods
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to process payment.
- In such cases, you will be notified via email/phone and a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
7.3 Payment Failure Cancellation
- If payment fails, the order is automatically cancelled. You will not be charged.
- If your bank account/wallet was debited but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be auto-reversed within 5–7 business days. Contact us if this does not happen.
8. Damaged in Transit / Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please take the following steps immediately:
- Do not discard the package. Keep all packaging, outer box, labels, and damaged items intact.
- Document the issue immediately upon receipt — take clear photographs and/or video of: (a) the outer packaging, (b) the damaged/incorrect product, and (c) the shipping label.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bangiwaratul@gmail.com with your Order ID and photographic evidence.
- After verification, we will either dispatch a replacement product at no extra cost or issue a full refund (including shipping charges), at your preference.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery for damaged/wrong items may not be accepted, except at our sole discretion.
9. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent products only, subject to product availability.
- Exchanges are processed as a new order once the original item is returned and verified.
- If the exact product is not available for exchange, we will issue a full refund instead.
- Exchange requests follow the same process as return requests — contact us within 7 days with your Order ID and evidence.
- We do not accept exchanges for reasons of preference or change of mind on food products.
