In 1991, in a modest workshop in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the first batch of Gopi Malai Gold rolled out. The recipe was simple — real cow's milk sourced directly from local farmers, slow-cooked for hours, sweetened with pure cane sugar. No shortcuts. No compromise.
That single batch sparked a movement. Kirana shop owners ordered more. Families became loyal. Word spread across Maharashtra — not through advertising, but through taste. The pure cow's milk toffee brand grew to be loved by Indian families for over three decades.
In 2024, G M Nutri Foods was formally registered to carry this 35-year legacy forward — bringing the same beloved recipes to retailers, distributors, and families across India. One piece for every family. ₹1 for every dream.

Pure Cow's Milk — Directly from Farmers
We source fresh, pure cow's milk directly from local farmers in Maharashtra — no middlemen, no dairy companies. Our farmers are our partners. This direct relationship ensures freshness, fair pricing, and the highest purity standards from the very first step.
Slow-Cooked the Traditional Way
The milk is brought to our factory in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and slow-cooked for hours in large vessels — a technique unchanged since 1991. This slow process concentrates natural milk solids (malai) and develops the deep, rich flavour that Gopi Malai is famous for.
Only Natural Ingredients
Pure cane sugar, real dry fruits (cashews, almonds), natural tamarind, authentic spices — that is all. Zero artificial colours. Zero chemical preservatives. Zero flavour enhancers. If your grandmother wouldn't recognise an ingredient, we don't use it.
